GDQ-J(b) series electric and pneumatic high vacuum flapper valves (also called angle valves) are sealed by bellows, with electrical signals as valve switching signals, and with compressed air as valve plate opening and closing power. When power is lost or compressed air is lost, the valve will automatically close the valve by means of a spring as the opening and closing mechanism in the high vacuum pipeline. It is one of the preferred valves for vacuum equipment automation because of its stable operation, reliable sealing and long service life.
GDQ-J (b) series electric and pneumatic high vacuum baffle valves are suitable for air and non corrosive gases.
