The X47W oil seal plug valve has the advantages of simple structure, fast switching, small fluid resistance and fast angular travel. In emergency situations such as accidents, the pipeline can be quickly connected or cut off. Compared with gate valves and globe valves, the operation is more flexible and the switch is quicker. The plug valve is a plug body with a through hole, and the plug body rotates with the stem to realize the opening and closing operation. Small non stuffed plug valves are also known as cock. The plug body of the plug valve is mostly a cone (also a cylinder), and the conical hole surface of the valve body is matched to form a sealing pair. Oil lubricated hard seal cock valves can be divided into conventional oil lubricated plug valves and pressure balanced cock valves. A special grease is injected from the top of the plug into the valve body between the cone hole and the plug body to form oil film to reduce the valve opening and closing torque and improve the sealing and service life. Its working pressure can reach 64MPa, the maximum working temperature can reach 325 degrees, and the maximum diameter can reach 600mm.
