SP15F, SP45F digital lock balance valve is a kind of adjustable valve with special function of digital lock. It adopts DC valve body structure, has better equal percentage flow characteristics, can reasonably distribute flow, and effectively solve the problem of uneven cooling and heating at room temperature in heating (air conditioning) system. At the same time, it can accurately adjust the pressure drop and flow rate to improve the liquid flow state in the pipe network system, achieve the purpose of liquid balance and resource saving. The valve is equipped with an opening indicator, an opening locking device and a pressure measuring valve for flow measurement. As long as the appropriate size of the balance valve is installed in each branch and the user's inlet, and the valve is locked after one-off debugging with a special intelligent instrument, the total water volume of the system is controlled within a reasonable range, thus overcoming the "large flow, low temperature" Unreasonable phenomenon. This product is an ideal product in the heating system. It can be installed either on the water supply pipe or on the backwater pipe. In general, we recommend that it be installed on the backwater pipe, especially on the high temperature loop. For the convenience of debugging, it should be installed on the backwater pipe. Matters needing attention
1. SP45F Balance Valve has the function of flow regulation and measurement. In order to stabilize the flow before and after the valve and ensure the measurement accuracy, it is recommended to install it in the straight pipe section as far as possible.
2. The arrow on the valve body is in the direction of water flow. Do not install the arrow.
3. Because the valve plug is tapered, it is easy to squeeze debris in small opening. When installing, the valve should be closed to 0 position so as not to drop in impurities. When the pipeline is flushing, the valve should be opened to 100%, so as to avoid clogging.
4, when the valve is closed, the dial, circle number display window and percentage display window are displayed as 0.
5. Turn the handle gently when locking, and turn the key clockwise until the handle can not turn.
6, to change the opening, first use key to unlock, then turn the handwheel, adjust to the required opening, lock with key.
